There are sweet drinks to stir nostalgia, bright and zesty drinks to evoke bracing winter swims, long drinks for Living Space lounging and strong drinks to get you in the spirit. 

“Watergate Bay is all about finding that balance between being outdoors, walking the coast path, swimming in the sea – but also winding down well and gathering with good food and drink,” says resident mixologist Meg Clark.

“With its mix of punchy flavours – like in Love & Lemons or the Brandy Snap – and more mellow recipes like the Banana Rum Old Fashioned and the Chai White Russian, this menu captures that balance of energy and calm. It’s designed to bring people together.”

And, according to Meg, there ain’t no party like a Watergate Bay Christmas party... “There’s a festive ‘house party’ mood,” she says. “It’s super relaxed and cosy, and it really does feel like Christmas at home, but better.” With its nostalgic notes of Toblerone and amaretto, The Matterhorn cocktail “sums up that Christmassy feeling for me” she says
