Blood Orange & Cranberry Fizz
Our Laurent-Perrier sparkling cocktail this year, complete with classic Christmas cranberry and orange flavours.
Ingredients
25ml Orange gin
25ml Cointreau
35ml Cranberry juice
Juice of 1/2 a lime
75ml Laurent-Perrier champagne
Method
Add all ingredients apart from Champagne into shaker with plenty of ice and shake.
Double strain into flute and top with the Champagne.
