Blood Orange & Cranberry Fizz

Our Laurent-Perrier sparkling cocktail this year, complete with classic Christmas cranberry and orange flavours.

Ingredients

  • 25ml Orange gin 

  • 25ml Cointreau 

  • 35ml Cranberry juice 

  • Juice of 1/2 a  lime 

  • 75ml Laurent-Perrier champagne 

Method

  1. Add all ingredients apart from Champagne into shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

  2. Double strain into flute and top with the Champagne.
