Paloma

Kick off any festive celebration with this refreshing, vibrant and zesty cocktail. Pairs perfectly with party canapés.

Ingredients

• 50ml Ocho tequila blanco 

• Juice of ½ a lime 

• 10ml agave syrup 

• 100ml pink grapefruit soda 

• Flaked sea salt for garnish 

Method

1. Rub the cut side of a lime wedge on the edge of the glass and dip in flaked sea salt. 

2. Add tequila, lime and agave into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

3. Double strain into a hi-ball glass and top with ice. Finish with pink grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with fresh slice of pink grapefruit.
