Paloma
Kick off any festive celebration with this refreshing, vibrant and zesty cocktail. Pairs perfectly with party canapés.
Ingredients
50ml Ocho tequila blanco
Juice of ½ a lime
10ml agave syrup
100ml pink grapefruit soda
Flaked sea salt for garnish
Method
Rub the cut side of a lime wedge on the edge of the glass and dip in flaked sea salt.
Add tequila, lime and agave into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake.
Double strain into a hi-ball glass and top with ice. Finish with pink grapefruit soda and stir. Garnish with fresh slice of pink grapefruit.
