Hot Honey Margarita
A spicy twist on a classic margarita, with Ocho Reposado tequila, lime, Cointreau and hot honey.

50ml Discarded banana peel rum
5ml cinnamon sugar / syrup
2 dashes walnut bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Top with ice and gently stir for 30 seconds.
Double strain into rocks glass and add fresh ice. Garnish with orange peel, squeeze to release oils over the glass.
