Welcome to the new Living Space Sunday roast.

From Cornish lamb shoulder to sirloin of beef, hearty nut roast Wellington to roast porchetta. Our roasts are served with family style sharing sides of crispy potatoes, seasonal greens, roasted carrots and parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, swede mash, cauliflower cheese and plenty of gravy. Save room for a sticky toffee pudding.

For people-watching and whiling away easy hours, The Living Space is your space to sit back, breathe deep and make yourself at home, in front of the view.

Think small plates and sharing longboards. Salad bowls, burgers, grill plates, and fresh pasta.

Guests can book a table for dinner with the team ahead of your stay or through the guest mobile app. We welcome non-residents on a walk in basis for lunch and dinner.

Table reservations

Bookings for residents are required for dinner. These can be made on the Watergate Bay App.

The Living Space takes bookings for lunch for 8-10 people. Any other availability is on a walk-in basis, including non-residents.

Monday to Thursday breakfast is available to book online.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner is also available to non-residents on a walk-in basis.

On occasion, when the space is busy, we will not be able to accept non-residents.

Disabled access

The Living Space is fully accessible via the hotel’s main entrance.

Dogs

The Living Space is dog friendly.

Cashless

We are a cashless business and accept payment via Visa and Mastercard only, or charged to your room for hotel guests.
