The Beach Hut
Blending considered food, carefree beach dining, and a warm welcome. We showcase local, seasonal produce – combining classic favourites with lots of plant-based options for a sustainable take on the post-surf refuel. Home to the Extreme Hot Chocolate.

Our menu
Expect classic favourites – from The Beach Hut’s famous Extreme burger to fresh mussels cooked in white wine and West Country cream – alongside a healthier take on salads and plates from the grill.
Food for thought
Vegetables and farm fruits are local and hyper tasty, the local catch each morning dictates what fish to have with your chips, and the prawns used in our special dishes are MSC certified only.
We are also tackling food waste with correctly sized portions.
A purpose
Our vision is to create a positive impression on people and the planet, reduce our carbon footprint and our impact on the environment. Locality, seasonality, and provenance drive the menu. We want to educate our team and guests on all the great produce available on our doorstep.

Breakfast: 9.30-11am
Lunch and dinner: 12-9pm
You can make online reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We recommend booking in advance, although we do sometimes have tables available for walk-in's.
The Beach Hut is accessible to wheelchair users via the sea lane.
Families and children are welcome. We have a children's menu.
Whilst we don't offer a 'baby food' menu, please speak to our team and we will be happy to help.
We are a cashless business and accept payment via Visa and Mastercard.
You are unable to charge to your room if you are a hotel guest.
