Brandy Snap

Featuring our new Watergate Bay x Loveday gin, the Brandy Snap brings vibrant, lemony freshness to Christmas drinks this festive season

Ingredients

• 20ml Fresh lemon juice 

• 15ml Sugar syrup  

• 15ml Calvados  

• 35ml Loveday x Watergate Bay gin  

• 5ml Grenadine  

• One egg white (or vegan foamer alternative) 

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice. 

2. Add ice and shake again. 

3. Double strain into a martini glass.
