Old Saint Nick

Rye whisky, Ruby port, cherry, velvet falernum, cinnamon and lemon, the Old Saint Nick is full of festive flavours.

Ingredients

• 25ml Rye Whisky

• 15ml Ruby Port

• 15ml Velvet Falernum

• 15ml Cherry Liqueur

• 10ml Lemon juice

• Maraschino cherries

• Bamboo cocktail skewer

Method

1. Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

2. Double strain into a small coupe (gimlet or Nick & Nora) glass. 

3. Garnish with a couple of maraschino cherries on a bamboo cocktail skewer perched over the glass.
