Old Saint Nick
Rye whisky, Ruby port, cherry, velvet falernum, cinnamon and lemon, the Old Saint Nick is full of festive flavours.
Ingredients
25ml Rye Whisky
15ml Ruby Port
15ml Velvet Falernum
15ml Cherry Liqueur
10ml Lemon juice
Maraschino cherries
Bamboo cocktail skewer
Method
Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice and shake.
Double strain into a small coupe (gimlet or Nick & Nora) glass.
Garnish with a couple of maraschino cherries on a bamboo cocktail skewer perched over the glass.
