Remy's Espresso Martini

A Cornish spin on an espresso martini, made with Cornish coffee, vodka, cinnamon demerara and cognac.

Ingredients

  • 35ml cognac 

  • 15ml cinnamon demerara sugar / syrup 

  • Double shot of espresso 

  • 35ml Kahlua 

  • Coffee beans for garnish 

Method

  1.  Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

  2. Double strain into a chilled martini coupe. Garnish with x3 coffee beans.
