Hot Honey Margarita

A sweet twist on a classic margarita, with Ocho Reposado tequila, lime, Cointreau and hot honey

Ingredients

• 50ml Ocho Reposado tequila

• 25ml Cointreau

• 25ml hot honey (recipes for this can be found online)

• 1 whole Lime

• Chilli salt (we recommend Tajin)

• Lime wedge or slice for garnish

Method

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, dip glass rim into the chilli salt. 

2. Add all ingredients into a shaker with plenty of ice and shake. 

3. Double strain into a short glass. Top with ice and garnish with fresh lime.
