A two-night stay, for beginners and intermediates.
5-7 May & 6-8 October 2025
The classes are designed to improve posture, flexibility, co-ordination and core strength. Working the whole body from head to toe, leaving you feeling supple and revived. Marina will also lead some shorter, more focused optional workshops, designed to deepen understanding of Pilates and work on specific areas of your practice. Suitable for all levels.

Day one
3pm - Check in
4.30-5.15pm - Meet and Greet with welcome drink
Choose from:

6.15-7pm - Restorative evening class
7.15pm - Dinner (to be arranged by guest)
Option two:
5.45pm - Dinner (to be arranged by guest)
7.30-8.15pm - Restorative evening class
Day two
8.30am - Morning Pilates
9.30am - Group breakfast
11.00am - Join the group walk, book a treatment or enjoy some down time
12.30-1.30pm - Pilates class
1.30pm - Lunch (to be arranged by guest)
2.30pm - Join the group walk, book a treatment or enjoy some down time
5.30-7.15pm - Restorative evening classes. Choose from 5.30pm and 6.30pm (45 minutes)
7.30pm - Dinner (to be arranged by guest)
Day three
8am - Morning Pilates and breathwork
9.30am - Group breakfast
11.00am - Check out and enjoy use of hotel facilities including Swim Club.
