The two-mile stretch of sand and coastal paths provide the perfect playground for an active break, while Swim Club with its 25-metre swimming pool, allows space for technical workshops and essential after-session relaxation.
Pilates will improve posture, flexibility, coordination and core strength. Working the whole body from head to toe, all in front of a sea view. A two night break designed to help you connect to your mind and body through the wonderful practice of Pilates, with plenty of time for relaxing too. Suitable for all levels.
