As part of our CHC membership, team have access to a variety of free training sessions.
Supporting people who are neurodivergent
Thursday 16 April, 11am at Driftwood Spars. A practical, immersive training designed to help organisations and individuals create more inclusive, supportive environments for neurodivergent people.
BookManaging difficult conversations
Tuesday 19 May, 9.30am at Seven Stars. This session has been developed for back-of-house, reservations, guest services, marketing, and sales teams working in Hospitality. The focus is on building confidence, resilience, and skill in handling challenging guest and stakeholder interactions.
