Blueberry gin and rose collins recipe
Curio Blueberry and Lime Gin, a few drops of rose water, soda water and a handful of blueberries. Refreshing, zesty and full of summer flavours.
Ingredients
35ml Blueberry Curio Gin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 drops of rose water
Soda water
Handful of blueberries
Method
Goblet glass
Add Curio gin to glass.
Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 lemon
Add a couple of drops of rose water
Add cubed ice
Top with soda and a handful of blueberries.
