The Christmas pudding in this cocktail comes from the Atlantic distillery. Their small-batch gin is handcrafted in Cornwall, often using foraged ingredients from the wild Atlantic coast. Rich with festive spices, this Christmas Pudding Gin pairs with a delicate ginger ale for a simple twist on a classic.
We have used 'Delicate Ginger Ale' from The London Essence Company to compliment the flavours from the Christmas Pudding Gin.
35ml Atlantic Pudding gin
Small bottle of ginger ale
Twist of orange peel and a cinnamon stick for garnish
Take a gin glass, or large wine glass and fill with ice.
Pour over Christmas pudding gin
Top with ginger ale
Garnish with an orange twist and a cinnamon stick if you like.
