Seasonally changing three-course menus showcase the location, whilst bringing the best of Cornish seas, fields, market gardens and skies to the table.
Expect grilled Newlyn hake with Cloudy Bay Pelorus sauce; locally grown shitake tare mushrooms, potato mousseline and Wiltshire truffle. Cornish black pork and morcilla with preserved gooseberry and crab apple relish, and a butcher's block laden with the finest Cornish and European cheeses.
