The launch of our autumn menu honouring the turn of the season. Expect three courses drawing on the depths of Cornwall’s plentiful larder, from field to ocean. Each dish will be paired with a different Cloudy Bay wine, including their delicately sparkling Pelorus.
Three courses for £65pp with an optional Cloudy Bay wine flight for £45pp.
Dine with the seasons
Seasonally changing three-course menus showcase the location, whilst bringing the best of Cornish seas, fields, market gardens and skies to the table.
Expect grilled Newlyn hake with Cloudy Bay Pelorus sauce; locally grown shitake tare mushrooms, potato mousseline and Wiltshire truffle. Cornish black pork and morcilla with preserved gooseberry and crab apple relish, and a butcher's block laden with the finest Cornish and European cheeses.
Swim & Dine
A micro-membership for evening guests. Join us for a quiet hour or two in Swim Club, then a three-course dinner in Zacry's.
Work up an appetite in our 25m sea-view infinity swimming pool, soak in the outdoor Canadian hot tub, and spend time in the outdoor Finnish sauna. Subject to availability.
£65 per person.
Day membership
Access Swim Club for the day with a two-course lunch in The Living Space and a 60-minute treatment included for £120.

Younger guests will have their own menu, using the same daily ingredients, but more simply prepared and served with seasonal vegetables - such as pan fried Newlyn hake and mashed potato and greens.
The restaurant is fully accessible via sea lane
Zacry's is not dog friendly.
