Blending café culture, award-winning interior design and airy workspaces, desks and meeting rooms, The Hangar is our new coworking space – just 10 minutes outside Newquay / off the A30, at the Aerohub.
The Hangar is all about ease – with plenty of free parking, electric vehicle charging, showers and a large pantry for monthly workers, right next door to the kind of vibrant café you’d expect to find in the centre of town.
No. 1 Cubs Coffee
Run by No.1 Cubs, a fast-growing speciality coffee and clothing business serving Origin Coffee, the ground floor café at The Hangar sees talented baristas serving up mood-boosting brews alongside homemade cakes and pastries, sourdough toasties and seasonal dishes.

Fish Tank, Boardroom or breakout?
You can float ideas in the Fish Tank space, book the Boardroom for private sessions with presentation screens, or allow informal conversations to flow in the breakout areas in No. Cubs Coffee.
We recommend pre-ordering food and drinks ahead of time.

Opening hours & facilities
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. The main door will lock at 5pm so please exit through the door at the bottom of the stairwell.

TERMS
Full payment is required to secure any reservation.
If you need to cancel your Booking, please contact us as soon as possible in writing using the email address you provided when you made your Booking.You may cancel your Booking at any time. The amount we agree to refund you is dependent on how close your cancellation is to your booking date, and the type of booking that has been made.
Cancellation
- a) Notice of cancellation received more than 48 hours of booking date, or series commencement – full refund.
- b) Notice of cancellation received within 48 hours of booking date, or series commencement – no refund.
- c) In the unlikely event we are required to cancel or shorten your booking, we will offer you the opportunity to change the dates booked or refund payment for any booking not yet provided to you.
Shortening of booking
- a) Notice of booking amendment received more than 48 hours of booking date, or series commencement – the booking will be amended to the appropriate rate. A refund will be provided for any remaining overpayment.
- b) Notice of cancellation received within 48 hours of arrival, or post booking date – no refund

If you'd like to hold a small meeting in the coworking space, book one of the three-booth tables.
- Parking and charging points

We have plenty of free car parking spaces, accessible parking and EV charging points.
Our chargers are slow-charging EV chargers.

Depending on which package you take, you will be able to use our shower and changing facilities.
- Food, drink & pre-ordering

Cubs coffee
We recommend ordering food from the café ahead of time for large meetings.
Tea and coffee, light lunches, cakes and pastries are available 9am - 3pm.
Is there somewhere to prepare lunch?
Depending on which package you take, you will be able to use the ‘The Pantry’ with full use of a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and crockery. We just ask that you tidy up after yourself.

We have accessible toilets and shower and are wheelchair accessible with step-free access on the ground floor and a lift.
- WiFi

WiFi is included with every package and it's fast enough for VPN connections, we have an onsite IT team for any support issues.
- Printing

We have a black and white printer, with 10 sheets free of charge per day. Additional printing is via an honesty box at 5p per sheet. We don't have copying or scanner facilities.
- Pets

Sorry, we are unable to have pets in the building.
- Health and safety

Please ensure you read our health and safety policy. The Hangar is staffed between 9-5pm and CCTV in place. We are not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
